On November 4th, a Georgia Supreme Court Judge overturned Cobb County Judge’s ruling that would allow an extension of absentee ballot drop off deadline due to the county’s late mailing of absentee ballots.
There is misinformation that this ruling is related to Fulton County and the absentee ballots received over the weekend of Nov 2-3. This ruling is not related to collection or counting of absentee ballots in Fulton County.
